Pricing errors

Although we do our best to ensure prices stated on this website are accurate, errors do occur from time to time. Where a pricing error occurs, we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase.

COVID-19 – Important Shipping Information

To help avoid the need for scanners and stylus pens to be passed back and forth during the delivery process of your purchase below, Canada Post will no longer be requesting signatures for any deliveries to the door.

Instead, where possible, Canada Post delivery agents will apply their safe drop process. This means they will leave these items in your mailbox or outside your door if it’s safe to do so. Where it’s not possible to safe drop, the delivery agent will leave a notice card indicating the post office where you can pick up your items by showing proof of identity.

All Campus Bookstore shipments include a tracking number that will be updated by Canada Post when the shipment is delivered to its destination. If your tracking number indicates delivered but you have not received the package, please contact Canada Post.

On average, your order will be received in 7 – 10 working days.
