All items being returned must be unused, unopened and in their original selling condition. Refunds or exchanges of textbooks & course materials; or medical textbooks & medical reference can be made within 10 days of original date of purchase. All Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. All clearance items are final sale.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Campus Bookstore reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
Campus Bookstore has the right to request valid identification prior to accepting merchandise for a return.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- New textbooks that have been marked, spine-cracked, worn, highlighted, corners bent, and generally used are non-returnable, texts must be in perfect condition
- Open packages including open shrink-wrapped packages are non-returnable – shrink-wrapped textbooks must be in sealed, original packaging
- Access codes are final sale and non-returnable
- Spiral bound material are final sale and non-returnable
Return or Exchange a Shipped Order
Refunds or exchanges must be made within 10 days of the first delivery attempt, as recorded by the shipping courier. The return address is located in the top left-hand corner of the invoice included with the order.
All returns are subject to inspection and must include the original tags and be unopened in their original selling condition. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
The Campus Bookstore will deduct a 20% restocking fee from refunds for the following reasons:
- Order is returned more than 10 days after first delivery attempt
- Order automatically returned by the courier due to customer not accepting the package
Canadian orders ship via Canada Post (subject to Canada Post delivery policies during the Covid-19 pandemic). Customers will receive a Canada Post tracking number via email when the online order is processed.
Original receipt is required for all returns/exchanges.
Please Note: If a refund is requested on an order that has not yet been shipped, a 5% administration fee will apply.
